Care

The best way to care for your jewelry is to wear it all the time and let it develop its own patina.

These are my recommended best practices to keep your jewelry looking its best

-When not in use wipe it with a soft cloth and store it out of the light and air to prevent oxidation

-Remove before swimming or bathing

-Never allow steel to get wet. If if it does get wet, dry thoroughly and apply a very small amount of olive oil and buff off with a soft cloth

-If needed you can polish silver, gold-filled, brass or bronze items with silver polish, a polish pad or in a pinch even toothpaste. Be careful however because polishing will also remove the patina, so do not polish dark or black patinated areas unless you want to remove the patina. Just wipe these areas with a soft cloth.
